Yes, we do. We do not try to tie you to regularly work.
Usually 2 hours is our minimum but if we can fit your clean with other cleans in your area we can do less.
Yes, our rates include our travel time but we will always speak with you to to quote before commencement of any job.

We accept bank transfers (BACS) or cash. We invoice monthly for regular work. For ‘one off’ cleans payment following clean.
Yes, we work on Saturdays but not on Sundays.
No, we bring our own equipment and all cleaning products/cloths. If you have special requirements and prefer us to use yours then we are happy to do that.

We will always try to substitute with another family member cleaner.
Yes, all our family are DBS checked. This means checking for a criminal record and whether suitable for working with children or vulnerable adults.
